A couple of things come to mind:

removal, then re-introduction, of Mai Tais and sparkling wine on HI flights
(so this evens out to 'neutral')

a negative: single station catering for the HI flights (i.e., your flight from OGG-LAX was catered earlier that day along with the LAX-OGG flight).

'chicken or pasta?' finally "fixed", so again another neutral.

Positive:
Cleaner planes!
replacement of projectors with flat panel screens on domestic 767s & 777s.
Introduction of better wines in the(some) RCC (albeit for 2x the chits).
Announcement that we'll be able to upgrade Z fares starting next year
