I mentioned Osprey in a different convertible thread yesterday. I've got the Porter 65 and love it. I also bought the Daylite pack to attach to it when needed. The Porter 46 model would also pass as a carryon. I might end up getting that one for a trip this upcoming Spring. I like the lifetime warranty. The pricepoints for Osprey products is very good for the quality. There is a raincover available for their convertibles, too, and it really doesn't add weight (.12 kg).
