That's why I felt like Skymiles should expedite changes for elites. They have much more to lose with these name mis-match problems. I also don't think it's a great idea to have Plats go a month without benefits, especially while CO and others are aggressively status matching. I have four RT's SEA-ATL in the next week and a half and had to book on AS, despite wanting to shoot for DL Diamond next year. It's just too aggravating to fly without benefits.
