What I was trying say in in the OP is that I tried to see if when they dissapeared from my skymiles account, I could go back and reclaim them, but no joy. I have filed 2 different claims (one online, and one through the SkyMiles rep). The first Skymiles guy I talked to didnt dispute that they were owed to me but he just couldn't seem to do anything about it.
If you claimed them you got them at the time.
Look at NWA.com the activity in your account is all there.
e.g., my DL site shows 145k, but the activity shown is only 130k.
One of my (deserved and real) MQMs is missng.
On NWA the missing activity is still there.
The totals are correct as well.
Keep the Amex statements and your stubs this year.
