I have an eticket voucher from a ticket I cancelled in July. I could never find it online (looking for it with the dummy booking method). E-mails to SMS got me the reply that they can see it just fine, don't worry.
Now I'm trying to look for it again and notice 2 things:
1. eticket number is one digit longer than the box will accept when you click on "yes" this is eticket (IOW, not an e-creidt voucher). My eticket had 11 digits after the 006, but it only accepts 10 digits. My last digit is a 4, is that a check digit that isn't/can't be included?
2. when I click on "yes", the name field is automatically prefilled with my first name MI, and last name. I am quite sure when I booked the ticket in June, I did not have my MI in my profile. Could this be the reason I can't find the e-ticket voucher online?
Frustrating, to say the least.
