Never works, you may as well have a catholic mass said for the TSA to go away entirely before you'll get anything accomplished from the bogus "Got Feedback" thing. Just saying because I know several people who have made the mistake of wasting their time making comments/requests through that intentional dead-end of the TSA. The comeback is that they allow the location managers the latitude to do those things, so they have the right to do it. That's their operational standard by which they put a stop to "you" complaining rather than put a stop to anything else.
