Am staying at the Pen Shanghai right now in an executive suite.. the hardware I think is quite good.. not as nice as Pen Tokyo in some areas, but better in others...

As for software, I think they are trying very hard, but nowhere near normal Pen standards yet.. probably need another 3-6 months in order for the staff to go anywhere close to Pen Beijing standards... forget about Pen HK or Pen Tokyo.. will never get to that level in the next few years.. only coz its so hard to train people in China..

Would I stay here again? Not too sure.. way too many choices in Shanghai these days, but probably will try again once they get the kinks worked out..
