From marriott.com, click on the words "Find and Reserve >>"

Enter your info, including city and dates, and in section 3 Optional Information, under look for special rates, you can enter a preferred price range of less than $100.

Click "Find Now" and a list of hotels, with price ranges will come up. You can then sort by price.

You have to include both a location and dates, and enter a preferred price range to get a list of hotels that shows price ranges.
