I stayed there from September '01 through February '02. 5 days a week. Property was average, walkway to the Eaton Center. Service was spotty. I would have to call the front desk everytime for my Platinum Pack. Only received a room upgrade when I compained. I received turndown service 50% of the time. 80% on the morning newspaper. I was so fed up, I stayed two weeks at the Sheraton down the street. Restaraunt was average. The Concierge Lounge was very good. The staff was great in the Concierge Lounge.
