I have been collecting Marriott points for some time now...at the conclusion of my current stay I should have around 180K. I have some MYPOINT certificates to cash in for another 6K and a few more stays coming up. I plan to cash in my points for 120K miles and a 7 night stay in a cat. 1-5 hotel (235K points). My question stems from the strings I have read on the 713 etc. certificates. If I redeem this reward I have found out that I must use it for 7 consecutive days in the same hotel (which sucks). What will be the expiration date of the certificate, 1 year? More or Less?
