There is NO extra legroom for these seats. The bulkhead for the middle 3 seats is issued at the gate and are actually reserved for families traveling with babies as they set up a bassinet in that area for the babies to sleep.
Having traveled on the 777 in coach too many times, the exit row, seat 44G (if I remember right) is to me (a little taller than the avergage) the best seat in coach. No power other than USB, but all the room you will need.^
