I understand that mistakes happen but let's say that you look at your account and you find 15K MQM posted there and it has all those strange comments that you can't really tell what they mean. This posting puts you at 70K for the year. You run out buy a MR to get you over 75K

. Delta then comes back and removes the 15K so now you still need 15K to make PM

. That MR was worthless unless you are willing to do additional MR for 15K. Should Delta do something about this or are you just out of luck

Keep in mind that with so many promotions going on lately, most people have no clue which one they are getting the mile for when miles show up in their accounts
