When you go to purchase your flight, check the small box that indicates you are paying using e-credits.
You will still need to enter your credit card details, but delta.com will then allow you to search for the credit .. if it doesn't pull up, already linked to your acct.
Very timely thread, I have an ECV as well and don't know how to use it. I was worried about entering my CC number and then being lost since the next step is purchase! Can someone confirm that with the box 'will use ECV' ticked it will go to a screen to enter the number? I am not sure it is linked to my account.
