A few weeks ago when flying IB from T3, I wanted to check ou the CX lounge, but was politely directed to use the BA lounges, because of current "capacity" issues.

I thought this was a little strange, since I was able to peer into the F lounge and could see nobody inside.

However since she used the "C" word, I didn't see much point in reciting OW lounge access rules, and slunk off to the Galleries...

Is this sort of thing commonplace?
