I ran a search and nothing came up on my specific question, so here goes:

Checking award availability for (US) Memorial Day weekend, my choices are Chancery Court or Grosvenor Square (County Hall is not available). I know people have been very pleased with Chancery Court, and Grosvenor Square has its fans as well. However, Grosvenor Square also lists "MARRIOTT REWARD REDEMPTION UPGRADE 75UKL PER NGT *EXECUTIVE ROOMKING BED W/ SEATING AREA INCLUDES BUFFET BFAST FOR 2*MAX 4 PPL"

My girlfriend and I really like a sitting area, which is rare in the UK. My question - has anyone gone for the upgrade, and was it worth it?

Or, should we go with the regular rooms at Chancery Court (do they have seating areas?)?
