I have added Buffalo Trace to my list. Priced like Knob Creek at around $25 for 750ml, it is smooth with notes of vanilla and spice. I would consider wearing it as an aftershave. So far, I've only come across one brand of bourbon (Wild Turkey) that I don't love. I noticed a high end Rebel Yell on the shelf but will save that for another day.
