I'm in a jam here..I need to book a flight to visit family who is expecting a baby. No one is sure exactly when she will give birth, but I wanted to book something soon because it is 2 weeks out. I'm taking a chance the the birth will be born on a weekend and would fly Thrs and return Mon.

Is it better to purchase a RT or 2 OW tickets? There is a decent chance the baby could be born outside my Thrs-Mon dates, meaning I would have 1 or maybe 2 change fees. Is there a strategy I should consider here?
