May or may not be related to the *A change, but there has been a lot of crazy stuff happening the last few days. I've had "no activity since last statement" appear on the My Account page, but clicking from there to last statement brings a link to activity since last statement that shows all my flights since last statement. Maybe it's not just the EUA system that is having spasms.
