Renaissance Paris stay not posting
I was stayed at the Renaissance Paris over the New Year....... Great hotel no problems there and I loved the La Defense area of Paris.
However I had two rooms, one for myself and my wife and the second for my kids.
Marriott Rewards is giving me the royal run around in posting the points for the second room. I have mailed in documents twice, Faxed them in 3 times and emailed them 5 times (this past week they stated they now do not accept email attachments).
When I call and talk to them they keep saying its not a problem to post them but its been almost 3 months...... GRRRRRRRR
Is this a common problem when renting more than one room?
