Delta "awarded" me $200 in an electronic credit voucher. Unfortunately, they didn't sent it to me. The apology letter I received almost a month ago said "see enclosed for terms and conditions..." but there was no enclosure!
So I did the email thing almost two weeks ago, and got no response other than an automated one telling me it would take up to 7 business days for a response...
And now today I received an envelope from Delta - which was OPEN!Appears it was never sealed. No cover letter or anything, but a 3-page enclosure looking like the old paper ticket stock, which contains the terms and conditions for using an e-credit.
So...on to my question finally...how the heck do I USE this thing? Or is it possible the envelope I received had something else in it that would have instructed me?
