TUFBEAR, I don't think you can MODIFY a reservation on the website unless it was made via the web. SimonC is correct. You should be able to retrieve and view a reservation though. I have made reservations using the Entertainment rate by calling the hotel directly(can't be done on-line). Once I have the confirmation number I review the reservation on the website to make sure the rate is what I was quoted over the phone. Go to https://www.marriott.com/reservation...eservation.asp

I think cancellation prior to 6pm day of arrival is standard unless the property is a resort or it is a special rate with a more restrictive cancellation policy. When I made my reservation at the Vail Marriott in January, the cancellation policy was something like 30 days.
