Clearly, involvement in other Wednesday activities should NOT be a criteria for participation in the dinner as this was not set as a pre-requisite. Fairest would be based on date when one paid for the Charter as the primary screen with longevity of one's participation in the FT community the second screen. If it is an issue of getting those not participating in the afternoon activities to the venue from the Sheraton, then arrangements can be easily made for a shuttle.
