I don't know that I'd agree that someone that needs one extender would necessarily be not mobile and agile enough. There's enough variance on the length of seat belts that I've had a couple of times I've asked for one. Heck, I've had a first class seat that seemed to have a coach length seat belt (same size seat belt, slightly wider seat, result is not as much room in the seatbelt). Of course, if I've needed one, it's generally barely, whereas I could see someone using the full length of the extender being more of a problem. (And I have to admit, at the 2 extender point, I'd probably wonder if they'd fit through the exit or not.) But personally, I don't think I'd have a problem doing what was needed.
