While some might have aspirations of internet glory on FT, I have a job and get satisfaction interacting with adults in person. 9/10 times I don't comment on something unless I think I can contribute to a discussion. Posting because you want to say something vs. posting because you should say something are two very different things.
Whining is childish. We have something in the adult world called free will. Maybe you can tolerate endless blather of how crappy people's life is, but I do not. Stop complaining and change your experience. It's one thing to complain, but it's quite another to be endlessly repetitive. We get it. So be an adult and do something about it. .....ing repeatedly on an internet site isn't going to change anything.
This whole exchange harkens back to Einstein, "the definition of insanity is doing something over and over and expecting different results." But maybe I'm the insane one for expecting some adult contributions
