- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?

Booked a Exec Room and got a Exec room. Staff gave me a letter telling me I had been upgraded to an exec room. When I queried how I had been 'upgraded' to the exact room I had booked I was told the letter was a mistake. I told them I was platinum 3 times but no upgrade or interest was offered.

- How are the rooms?
Not huge, I would imagine if next door was a noisey person you would notice. No robes or slippers. Not enough milk! Its on a busy road so theres a bit of noise from this

- How is the exec. lounge?

- What was good and what was bad?

Good:

Great location, 5 mins into town centre. Smashing breakfast at £7.50 each.
Wecome pack including wine and choccies.Staff friendly

Not So Good:

Internet at £5 , tiny pool. No high level staff seem to be around.
No robes in room(they had run out!) £5 per stay parking fee and then found barrier up when leaving!

- Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?

Stayed on a 2-4-1. Always good value. Yes, I would return if I needed to stay in this area.
