Just because it was a slower day than usual I called up yesterday to clean up all the standard corrections to my last batch of short-posted stays. (All (several) of them were missing some or all bonus points as usual, and the very last stop (Chesapeake) had not posted at all).

Hyatt person said she could see the Chesapeake stay was inbound in the "new" system and "new" took longer than "old" to post. I have to take back all my immediate negative thoughts about "new" taking an extra day or two and being an improvement--for the first time in a really very long time every stacked bonus was there, and for the first time ever the folio scan was there. Prompt and dependable is better than immediate and predictably wrong. Now if HP can just get it right.
