As BA Gold you can use BA Lounges at T3..CX and BA Lounges are close to each other. At T3 Aircraft departures could be from anywhere.
However all CX flights I have taken recently have all left from gates that are roughly the same distance from the BA lounge as they are from CX.

Your BA Gold Card access I believe only entitles use of arrivals lounge if you have flown on BA metal.
