AA business JFK to SFO on Tuesday evening, I chose the shrimp with rice, and it came steaming hot as expected. Today SFO-JFK at lunchtime I chose the green curry shrimp with garlic couscous and broccoli, and it was chilled. Pleasant enough, and I did not want to make a fuss, but I wonder, could they have forgotten to heat the meal? The alternative was a tasty looking steak sandwich.

I'd be interested to hear if anyone gets hot shrimp and couscous this week.
