A VZW rep I spoke to today said it's just their standard $30/mo unlimited data plan + whatever voice plan you're on. From what I've seen, the Droid is also not locked down like other VZW products. Moto has always been good from the hardware side, they've just lacked in the software dept. They're hoping Android fixes that.

As for reviews, they give them out to press. In fact, at their Libertyville mobile devices HQ, they have reviews by phandroid, BGR, engadget, and other sites scrolling on a large video screen in the main lobby.
