JetKonnect flights do accrue AA miles. You can also redeem AA miles on JetKonnect as well as Jet itself.

It's Jet Lite (the former Sahara Airlines -- S2) that neither accrues nor accepts redemptions of AA miles. These flights always have the S2 flight number in the mix of IDs.
