I have the new Motorola Cliq on T-Mobile, arguably the closest competitor to the Droid, at least with the Android platform. For what I pay ($65/month) I am very pleased with my service, though I am not in a 3G area.

The Android platform is awesome though, and if Verizon plans weren't so expensive I probably would have gone that way instead of sticking with T-Mobile.
