As of right now CO Presidents Club gets you access to ALL *A lounges regardless of what metal you are flying while RCC membership does not give you access to US or CO unless you have a US or CO boarding pass. I imagine once enough RCC members complain this will change.
Well yesterday I was flying the last flight of UA737, I went to several PC without showing my boarding pass, just the RCC card and my ID, LAX, SFO, and LAS without any problem.
