Who on the plane is higher than EXP, Plat, Gold?

Anyone wearing epaulets with stripes, and riding up in the front office (cockpit.) For that matter, any uniformed flight crew - and the law says interfering with any of them... you get the picture. Not to mention CK members, lifetime AAirpass members of a certain kind, etc.
