I realize that we are in uncharted territory with dividend miles earned through 3/31 applying to 02 or 03 elite status, but having already renewed plat prior to 12/31 why has my account not reset to zero and indicate the nights I need to renew for 03? Any thoughts? I am concerned that if Marriott waits until March to post the adjustments it could prove quite difficult to go back and challenge incorrect stays.
