Thanks for this. Is this an actual rule as per the T+C's? I ask because on a recent stay at Hyatt Kuantan I received the voucher at check-in with my choice of amenity or points. On my last stay at same hotel, I received no voucher, no 1K bonus points, and my amenity was a bowl of ant-covered fruit. The chocolates seems limited to Suite stays which we did receive in the past - suppose the free wine in Malaysia is likely a non -starter.
