As sentom mentioned, your F arrival means nothing in SIN. If you remain traveling in Y for SIN-BKK then you will need *G status to get into the lounge (SATS Premier one). If you can get into C on SQ on SIN-BKK then you can get into the Silver Kris Lounge. If on TG then again back to the SATS Premier one.
BTW, unless you are planning a stopover in SIN, was there nothing more direct in F like ZRH-BKK on LX or MUC-BKK on LH / TG (beware the old F on TG in 7442's if A346 is subbed). Several other options too like LH or TG via FRA.
