OK, I was worried because on Trip Advisor, there are a lot of complaints about not being able to use foriegn credit cards. We are flying into MNL the night before on CX and arriving around midnight so will probably just stay at the airport and get the first flight to PPS the next morning.

I don't think MNL has a true airport hotel, do they? All hotels are around 10 miles away? It's not really a biggie, we have plenty of time to rest up in Palawan.
