I am new here and tried to find it in past forums but gave up. Is there a way to book a Y/B class fare AND use a promotional certificate for crappy service on the web? It keeps giving me low class fares. The problem is the certificate says I must use it on the web. Does anyone have any experience booking a Y class ticket with one of these certs? I am trying to pay United more for goodness sakes. The call to India *Bomb tech support did no good, except frustrate me more.
