Yes, DM could have been much better but useless it is not. This PM, will actually do a few MR's to hit DM.
*EP's naturally will have the highest priority, however DM the highest of the published tiers.
I already have SC access.
My UG % has been very high with PE/PM so I am not overly concerned.
25% extra miles is nice - especially since NW had this benefit for PE's but DL took it away. But certainly not worth striving for DM just to get this benefit.
That is why there are both chocolate and vanilla. Different strokes for different folks. Just weird that Delta, promoting "best in class" even has people debating this issue. DL has people booking AWAY from their airline to avoid becoming PM. Now that is marketing at its worst. No wonder airlines continually lose money.
