I am going skiing in Vail next week and staying at the Marriott Mountain Resort. We had planned to rent a car but having never been there, perhaps that is not the best idea. The rate I got was good but if I have to pay to park at the hotel and don't need to drive anywhere to eat, shop, etc. perhaps a transfer from the airport would be more economical.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
