Yes that happens sometimes. I had no problem when first constructing but I just tried it and replicated your problem. .bomb isn't always user friendly when booking many segments. ITA is limited to 6 segments where .bomb can go to 7 and some of those can have a connection to give you more segments.

When I run into the call message after hitting continue, I simply go into edit options and open the itin again and resubmit and many times it will then go through.
