With Lufti's IT-capabilities I'm really not surprised that they are unable to process a simple batch process of which a teenager could write the source code within 30 minutes and process it with a simple PC in less than a minute to transfer the accounts. Just remember, only the properly registered accounts have to be transfered. That is one of the easiest jobs you can imagine for any IT-platform. And after half a month we will likely have to complain on the hotline to get the miles credited. Just fire the head of IT. That is one of Lufti's key problems.
Agree, M&M is not the fastest of the programs for reporting flights. Still waiting for a SN flight flown 10 days ago. It will be interesting to see when they will start flowing back.
