Haven't had time to call yet but on trying to do it online it says because fare is non-refundable the difference in cost between that and a lower fare ticket will not be refunded - can it be credited though, and have the credit applied to my proposed sea-geg run? I would presume that would require a phone reservation and ticketing fee too?
