I colleague of mine has noticed his OnePass account balances (and EQM balances) have changed multiple times this week, up, down etc.

He called Service Center and they apparantly know of some problems, not affecting everyone, (my account has been accurate and steady) but they are working on it.

So you may want to watch your balances to be safe.

He was watching since he knew he was just a few miles from Gold and all of a sudden lost 4000 EQM's so it was quite obvious to him.
