Personally, as a Marriott Platinum, I am tired of fighting for my upgrades.

I don't expect much, but for someone who has spent 100+ nights with one chain, I do not feel I should have to argue and beg for what I am entitled to as an elite member. 75% of the time I run into a hassle.

I'm seriously thinking of a switch to Hilton.
