If Wifi is an issue, you need to see where you will be using it most. If you have a RCC account, you can use it in both clubs. If you go PC instead you can only use it for free in the PC. That $10 a day may or may not add up if you need it and happen to be in an RCC.

If your plans are to hardly ever have to be in a RCC, then it's not a big deal. If you need it 20 days out of the year, and it needs to be in an RCC, then it is.
