I can't speak for all but in regard to the 3K Budget promo, if you read the T&C, it states the bonus miles wll be rewarded, I think it states, 4-6 weeks after qualification, whatever the hell that means. So like the rest I get to look at the 50/100 miles in my account wondering when(If) I'll get the bonus. As far as NW before, I received base and bonus at same time which from experience didn't take this long.

rustyr. FTR, I an many others were well aware of the T&C 4-6 weeks issue. We have been used to seeing the bonuses much sooner than that. Sounds like from your experience you too would receive the bonuses at the same time as base miles and long before 4-6 weeks. Am I correct?
So this could be a purely new DL practice that has nothing to do with integration of the NW system into SkyMiles.
It's too bad DL can't see how much it will cost them by having so little information appear on the account details with regard to car rentals. I foresee me and many others spending hours and hours on the phone with DL regarding missing miles while all the time there are many non-missing entries for car rentals that only muddy the waters. Shame on them for turning the information age into the lack-of-information age.
Edit: IMHO it is quite clear that the problem lies with Delta. There is just too much information pointing to DL being the one to lag on posting bonuses for Buget and Avis.
