Yes, the Marriott is in a very good location, but I just won't pay 3-5 times as much as the Renaissance charges to avoid a Metro ride. I will be staying at the Renaissance for 5 nights over New Year's at 92 Euros a night. The Marriott wants something like 500 Euros per night over the same period. It's just ridiculous, in my opinion. I wouldn't pay that even if I were going to be reimbursed -- and I'm not, in this case.
