Totally wrong. There are three senerios here; and like you I don't care to take the time to explain them all. The OP didn't disclose the payment method; I just thew it in to be considered. The fact is; (if you purchase your tix with the Reserve card) that puts you at the top of your tier, regardless of the fare. The fare is second in consideration only when 2 or more pax w/i the same tier paid with the Reserve card.
