Website
I always love some lowly clerk who says "oh, the website (or the sign posted) is wrong", as somehow that validates their interpretation of the situation. Until the sign or the website is "corrected", it is a valid implicit contractual obligation to honor. If it truly IS wrong, how difficult can it be to remove the offending line(s) when my 11 yr old niece can change her webpage on an hourly basis?
Just an excuse...and since "Vera" is such an expert on the web, I would encourage her to apply for an internal transfer to IT.
